1. Register using your corporate email address (It takes a couple of minutes)
2. Begin searching for pre-vetted matching candidates (we can do this for you)
3. Request CVs from matching candidates and save your search. You will be informed when any new candidates register
4. Receive CVs from the candidates who accept your request
5. We will arrange interviews and assist you throughout the hiring process
6. Once the candidate has been placed in your company, pay a fixed fee based on the candidate’s salary banding (for more information look at our pricing page)

Searching for candidates is completely free. We charge flat fees in relation to candidate salaries, please take a look at our pricing page here.
We offer a candidate guarantee for permanent staff for 30 days following a successful placement. If a permanent staff member does not stay within 30 days following a successful placement, we will provide a refund or carry on assisting you until your vacancy has been filled.
If you are a member we provide a 60 day candidate guarantee on successful placements.
Multiple users can register with Legal Asset, simply use your corporate email to register.
For example, HR staff, specific teams or the department head can register conduct and save searches with unique results being presented in their respective dashboards.
CVs are only presented to employers if the candidate accepts your CV request.
We will however contact candidates shortly after your request to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Candidate profiles will not match with their current employer.
You can broaden your search criteria or save your search.
Saved searches will send you an email notifying you when a suitable candidate registers with Legal Asset.
When a CV is requested the candidate will receive an email with your vacancy details.
A consultant will also be in touch with the candidate shortly after you send a CV request.
When the candidate accepts your CV request you will be able to download it from your dashboard. We will also be in touch with the candidate and for your feedback.
If the candidate is of interest, we will arrange interviews and will be on hand to assist you throughout the recruitment process.
Login at any time to track all the interactions you are currently having with candidates. We will update your dashboard and will be in touch regularly.
